Please read the instructions carefully.

1.            The  Proforma regarding final list of selected candidates with age of scout or guide should be sent by e-mail to the Principal, KV GC CRPF Langjing, Imphal with a copy to the Assistant Commissioner, Mr. R. Senthil Kumar, KVS,RO, Silchar Division.

2.            The registration fee @100 per participant (including escort teachers) should be sent by DD drawn in favour of “DIVISIONAL ASSOCIATION FUND OF BS&G”, Payable at SBI Silchar by 04.08.2012.

3.            The amount for camp fee + development fee @ 1500/- and amount of TA/DA @ 5400 per student should be sent to Principal, KV KV GC CRPF Langjing, Imphal by Demand Draft  payable at SBI Imphal by 06.08.2012.

4.                Participants should be informed in time about the date of departure and arrival.

5.            The detailed instruction from National Adventure Institute is already circulated to you and also being attached for your kind information.

6.            The details of students and escorts teachers, name, age, & sex should be sent immediately by e-mail of fax for making to and fro reservation.

7.                Vidyalayas sending girl students should depute lady teachers who are fit to undertake the programme as the escorts have to accompany to the students for the adventure activity.

8.                Registration Fee for escort also to be sent to RO and Camp Fees should be sent by DD to KVLangjing.

10.          Kindly keep/collect the contact no of all the students and the escort teachers and inform them about the details of the camp and the arrival and departure timings after reservation done.

NATIONAL ADVENTURE INSTITURE  OF THE BHARAT SCOUTS AND GUIDES
PACHMARHI (MP) – 461 881

EVENT:                                 NATIONAL ADVENTURE PROGRAMME

DATES:                 22^ND TO 28^TH SEPTEMBR 2012-07-30

ELIGIBILITY:                 12 to 45 years of age, medically and physically fit, who can bear the strain of trekking for 12 kms per day. Special consideration of age limit for escorting teachers can be given on request.

QUOTA:                                10 Scouts/Guides and 1 escort Teacher

PROGRAMME:                 Tentative Programme may be, Trekking to Bee Falls/ Apsara Vihar, Chauragarh/Mahadev, Pandava Caves, JataShankar, Rajendragiri, Handi Khow, Richh Garh, Dhoop Garh etc. Besides this, Horse Riding, Rock Climbing, Rappelling, Rifle Shooting, Pistol Shooting, Archery, Skating etc. will also be organized. Games and campfire every night are the other attractive activities of the programme. Parasailing may also be done if weather permits also on demand and on payment as per fixed rate.

WHAT TO BRING:  1. Scout/Guide uniform (as per APRO II/III

                                                2. Two stamp size colour photograph

                                                3. Water Bottle, Plate, Glass/Mug, Spoon, Torch, Knife etc.

4. Note Book, Pen, First Aid Kit, Cold Cream, Water Purifying      Tablets and Odomos.

5. Toilet Requisites

6. Hunter/Sport Shoes, Extra pairs if Socks & slippers.

7. Sleeping Bag/ Blankets, Winter cloths, Full Sleeve T Shirt and Navy Blue Jeans, extra wearing cloths and costumes for cultural items.

8. MALERIA TEST REPORT (test done within a week before departure) has to be brought by individual failing which admission will not be given.

9. Any other items as per the need of the individual.

SAFETY:                                The Bharat Scouts and Guides takes every care of the participants sincerely, but the National Adventure Institute of the Bharat Scouts and Guides, Pachmarhi will not be held responsible for any accident, illness or injury during the programme. The escorting teachers should take extra care of their students before the camp, during the camp and after the camp.

Note:   

1. Please take copies of Application form and Medical Certificate proforma and fill the same legibily. This has to be carried along to the programme by you.
2. Medical Check up Should be done strictly as most of the participants after reaching Pachmarhi are unable to take part in all the activities. All participants should take TT injection before they depart for the camp.
3. Camp Doctor will provide medical assistance and general medicines will be available in First Aid Box of the Institute. Extra medicines for individuals will be purchased by the concern.
4. Accommodation will be in tent only. No accommodation will be available in permanent shelter.
5. Escorting teachers should remain with participants at all times.
6. Without selection letter, participants will not be admitted in camp.
7. Only BSNL network is available in Pachmarhi.
8. Pachmarhi is a polythene free area.
